Come Together! For Yoga, Song & Tea
COME TOGETHER with yoga sisters Gloria and Sarah to move, stretch, breathe, and chant together! In a time when the world feels pressured with divisiveness and geo-political crises, we invite you to join us in friendship and peace, to commune through yoga, meditation, tea, and music.
Itʻs simple. Yoga means union, and we practice together to remember the harmony between us.

The Evolutionary Experience with Yury
Price update! $99 until 7/18
The Evolutionary Experience with Yury is a transformative 4-hour immersion designed to guide participants through the science, practice, and embodiment of human potential. This workshop is carefully crafted to harmonize theory and practice, offering both intellectual understanding and direct experiential learning. This experience goes beyond isolated practices—offering a holistic approach to healthy living that integrates body, mind, and spirit.
The journey begins with an in-depth exploration of breathwork, where science and spirit meet. On the physiological level, Yury explains how conscious breathing regulates oxygen–CO₂ balance, self induced hypoxia influences VO₂ max, and shifts the nervous system from stress (sympathetic) to calm (parasympathetic). This knowledge gives participants a grounded understanding of how the breath directly affects energy levels, focus, and emotional balance.
Beyond physiology, breathwork also opens the door to the energetic and spiritual dimensions long honored in yoga and pranayama practice. Through specific rhythms and techniques, participants learn how to direct prāṇa through the subtle energy channels (nāḍīs), awakening clarity, creativity, and a sense of spiritual expansion.
Pranayama practices, such as deep diaphragmatic breathing, retentions, or rhythmic patterns, become tools not only for managing stress but also for balancing the chakras, deepening awareness, and connecting to higher states of consciousness. As participants synchronize body, mind, and energy through the breath, they discover it as a bridge from the physical to the spiritual. Breath becomes more than oxygen exchange—it becomes a pathway to resilience, empowerment, and spiritual alignment.
Building on the breath, Yury introduces the theory of cold exposure, highlighting its effects on the vascular system, metabolism, inflammation reduction, and mental resilience. Through guided mindset preparation, participants learn to shift from fear into trust. Supported by the group, each individual steps into the cold as a practice of presence, courage, and empowerment—discovering strength they didn’t know they had.
Yury weaves teachings on mindset, empowerment, and self-mastery, showing how ancient wisdom and modern science align. Through storytelling and reflective exercises, participants uncover tools to move beyond limiting beliefs, reconnect to their innate strength, and embody a state of openness and possibility
To integrate the practices, the breathwork session flows into a meditative sound healing journey. The resonance of gongs and instruments creates a deep meditative state, allowing the body and mind to reset. This stage nurtures inner stillness, emotional release, and clarity, completing the arc of activation, empowerment, and restoration.
Throughout, you are invited into a safe, supportive space. Vulnerability, authentic expression, and connection are encouraged. You will leave feeling rejuvenated, empowered, and deeply connected.
